In 2009, Dr. Steven G. Goldberg, the visionary inventor, collaborated with the Bressler Group in Philadelphia, PA, to embark on the development of DentalVibe® Generation 1. This marked the beginning of a transformative approach to pain reduction in dental procedures.

Gate Control Theory in Action:

Drawing inspiration from the Gate Control Theory of Pain Management suggested by Dr. Ronald Melzak in 1965, Dr. Goldberg refined the concept of vibration to minimize injection pain, laying the foundation for what would become DentalVibe®.
First 500 Units – A Milestone:

In January 2010, Bressler/Sambor built the first 500 Generation 1 DentalVibe Pain-Free Injection Appliances in China. This marked a significant milestone in bringing pain reduction technology to dental practices.

Chicago Debut – 2010:

Manufacturing Returns to the USA – 2013:

In April 2013, Columbia Tech of Boston, MA took on the manufacturing of Gen 3 DentalVibe®, bringing production back to the United States.

DentalVibe's effectiveness is supported by clinical studies, such as the one conducted in June 2017 by Harvard School of Dental Medicine, demonstrating significantly lower pain ratings during injections with the vibratory device.
