Can we use it for intracanal hypo heating?

Yes. The Eighteeth Fast Pack Pro can heat NaOCl intracanally — set to 150–180°C, insert the plugger tip passively 3 mm short of working length into a flooded canal, activate for 3–5 seconds. Do NOT wedge the tip against canal walls to avoid PDL overheating.

Does it come with the tips or have to buy separately?

The Eighteeth Medical Fast Pack Pro – Down Pack Device does not include tips in the package. The tips need to be purchased separately.
