What is DentalKart?

DentalKart is an online vendor of various dental equipment, instruments and products manufactured by the leading brands in the world in India.

 

1.How do I place an order?

Ans:- Ordering at DentalKart is easy. Placing your first order at DentalKart? Just select the items you want to shop, enter your shipping address and payment information and that's it! Your order will be delivered to your home while you relax. If you need any assistance give us a call, We would love to help you out .

 

2.How will my order be delivered to me?

Ans:- Your order would be delivered through reputed courier companies at your doorstep.

 

3.How will I know if order is placed successfully?

Ans:- Once your Order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation over email from DentalKart.com This mail will have all the details related to your order. Order details can also be viewed at My Account -> My Orders if you have placed the order on your own online.

 

4.I tried placing order using my credit card but it isn't working. Can you help me place an order?

Ans:- Yes, if your debit/credit card isn't working we can always take your order over phone & you can deposit the money in our Company’s Bank Account. Give us a call on our Customer Support number.

 

5.I tried placing my order using my debit card/credit card/Net Banking but the order was not successful. What happens to the money deducted from the card?

Ans:-Please check your bank/credit card account to first ensure if your account has been debited. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back by banks within 7 business days. The time taken can vary from bank to bank and we unfortunately won't be able to expedite this. Please check with your bank for more details.

If your bank informs you otherwise please get back to us. If the money has been credited to our account we would initiate refund within 3 days of your request. Receipt of the refund would however depend on the mode of payment mode chosen by you. The expected timelines are as below:

Net Banking 2-4 business days

Debit Card 5-7 business days

Credit Card 7-21 business day

 

6.I tried placing my order using my debit card/credit card/Net Banking but the order was not successful. What happens to the money deducted from my account?

Ans:-In case your order is not successful and your money has been credited to our account, then we would proactively initiate refund immediately and your account will be credited with the amount. The time period depends on your bank, we will intiate the refund process as soon as this sort of incident occurs.

 

7.How do I check the status of my order?

Ans:-Your order status is updated to you via emails every step ( On Request ). Once your order is placed you would receive an email with your order details. In case of any unforeseen events which delays your order you would receive a special update from our end or you can call our customer care for docket number and details .

 

8.Can I cancel my order?

Ans:-If you wish to cancel your order, get in touch with Customer Care as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been dispatched we can cancel it and refund your amount.

If your order has been dispatched but yet to be delivered, please do not accept delivery and contact Customer Care to inform them of the same.

For certain product categories , once you place an order, it cannot be cancelled. This is also indicated on the individual product pages . In rare cases when we are unable to deliver the product in spite of repeated attempts at the shipping address, an amount of Rs. 1000 would be charged on the refund amount.

 

9.Can I place a bulk order for an item(s)?

Ans:-In order to place a bulk order please drop a mail to order@DentalKart.in with your requirements and the concerned team would get back to you.

 

10.How do I do a trial of the product I purchased?

Ans:-Trial is the product is not allowed , once packaging is open it will not be replaced . For more information please check our Return policies.

 

11.Do you allow exchanges ?

Ans:-Have you ordered a size too small or too big? No problem! We offer exchange for our customers too. Please read up our exchange policies for details.

 

12.Can I add an item to my order after I have placed my order?

Ans:-Unfortunately no, however you can simply place another order.

 

13.What are the delivery charges?

Ans:- As pe Now Delivery charges are ₹100 per order and FREE delivery on orders valued at ₹2500 or more. But later on the Delivery Charges will Be dynamic and Based on Product Weight(Volumertic /Actual (Kgs)).

 

14.What is the estimated delivery time?

Ans :- Generally, DentalKart™ ships the items within the day of the order or the next.

Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.

Estimated delivery time is dependent on the product's availability.

 

'In Stock'

Items which are  in "In Stock" will be delivered in time as 2-5 business days (in areas where standard courier service is available). For other areas, may take 1-2 weeks depending on the location.



Sometimes, items have to be imported by DentalKart from outside of India. These items can take at least 3-4 weeks or more to be delivered to you.

'Out of Stock'

Currently, the item is not available for sale.

'Permanently Discontinued'

This product is no longer available because it is obsolete and/or production for it has been discontinued.

 

15.Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc) on items sold by sellers?

Ans:- There are zero hidden charges when you make a purchase on DentalKart™. The prices listed for all the items are final and all-inclusive of taxes. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you pay.


Delivery charges are extra .  ₹100 delivery charge is waived off on orders worth ₹2500 and over.

 

16.Does DentalKart deliver internationally?

Ans:- As of now, DentalKart doesn't deliver items internationally.

 You will be able to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world with credit/debit cards issued in India and 21 other countries, but please ensure that the delivery address is in India.

17.How do I pay for a DentalKart purchase?

Ans:-DentalKart offers you multiple payment methods. Whatever your online mode of payment, you can rest assured that DentalKart’s trusted payment gateway partners use secure encryption technology to keep your transaction details confidential at all times.

You may use Internet Banking, E-Gift Voucher (eGV), Cards

DentalKart also accepts payments made using Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express credit/debit cards in India and 21 other countries.

 

18.Cash on Delivery?

Ans :- Yes , Dentlkart provide All India COD servies covering maximum pincodes in India. There are no extra charges for COD orders.

 

19.How do I pay using a credit/debit card?

Ans:-We accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards.

To pay using your credit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date, three-digit CVV number (found on the backside of your card). After entering these details, you will be redirected to the bank's page for entering the online 3D Secure password.

 

20.Is it safe to use my credit/debit card on DentalKart?
