Beclofine-N Skin Cream is a combination of two medicines: Beclomethasone and Neomycin. Beclomethasone is a steroid that blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the skin red, swollen, and itchy. Neomycin is an antibiotic that stops the growth of bacteria and stops bacterial growth on the skin by preventing the synthesis of essential proteins required by bacteria to carry out vital functions.
