I bought this as a back up for my existing Class B autoclave in case of sudden breakdowns. It works well and ensures sterilization. It is fully automatic and does not require any manual intervention. Steam has to be manually released at the end and complete drying is not possible unlike a fully automatic Class B vacuum machine. But it is good at the price and will be helpful to most dentists who need a quick and reliable method of sterilization.
