We wrote these down in 2018 after a packaging dispute that cost us a hospital account. Since then they've lived on the wall opposite the dispatch line. Every warehouse, every city, same five.

MRP, our price, the GST split, and the landed cost. No mystery markup. If a brand cuts our cost, the saving moves to your invoice.

Implants, endo files, anaesthetics - every batch scanned, traced, and refused if it fails. 3,400 units rejected at dock in 2024.

Return without the ritual
If the seal is intact, we take it back. Raise a request within 10 days and we arrange free pickup. It's an instrument, not a tax audit.
